Why we exist
A founder running a company from one to twenty people is doing the CFO's job, the COO's job, the head of HR's job, and the CEO's job at the same time — with no staff to delegate to and no time to build the systems a larger company takes for granted. That founder makes dozens of governance decisions a week — what needs sign-off, what can be delegated, what counts as an escalation — usually with no documented framework to fall back on, and a growing, quiet dread about the first investor diligence request or compliance question that will surface all of it at once.
We built Orlog OS because that gap is real and because we were living in it ourselves.

This is the proof point we lead with, because it's the only one that's fully ours right now: every decision Orlog AI has made since founding — every escalation, every cross-functional handoff, every governance call — runs through the same system described on this site. When someone asks whether it actually works, we point at our own operating record, not a demo environment.
Where the name comes from
In Norse tradition, orlog is the concept of fundamental law and fate — the deep order underlying events. We chose it deliberately: we're building the operating order that underlies how a company functions. It's not a requirement to know the etymology to use the product. It's just the honest answer, if you're curious where the name came from.
How we're built
Orlog AI is a small, AI-staffed team of specialized functions — each with a defined charter, a defined authority boundary, and an escalation path back to a human decision-maker for anything outside routine scope.
